What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is fast becoming a household name. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program whose specialty is not specializing in any one form of fitness. CrossFit is something completely different. We are community of like minded people coming together for one common goal, living a long and healthy life! A community made of passion, action, and change. How do I get started?
Each new member is taken through a four-week program, totaling 12 training days that are aimed at familiarizing all potential members with the movements and culture of CrossFit. The first step in joining our community is to schedule your first Riot Fundamentals class. This is an opportunity for you to find out exactly what we do and if it’s right for you. Many of our fundamental movements are not used in mainstream fitness programs. If they are, it is usually not with the intensity that provides results. Once immersed in our program, the constant variety of each training session is designed to build existing strengths while developing one’s weaknesses.
