A: Work to a heavy OHS in 20 min
B: 5 RFT
10 Power Snatch 115/85
20 Wall Ball 20/14
NOTES
For part A, the coach will start the clock counting down from 20 min, you then have 20 minutes to work up to a heavy OHS, you must reach full depth then stand all the way up to full extension to finish the rep.  For part B, the bar starts on the ground for every rep, every wall ball must be a full squat and the ball must hit OVER the line every rep.
