CrossFit Riot is one of the few CrossFit facilities in Orange County that is open 7 days a week. We pride ourselves on being at the box on time with the door rolled up and ready to get you going on your workout of the day. The following is our most current schedule, but we’re adding classes all the time so check back frequently:
You must first complete Riot Fundamentals before joining CrossFit classes
Monday: 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm
Tuesday: 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 6:00pm weightlifting, 7:00 pm, 8:00pm
Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm
Thursday: 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm, 6:00pm weightlifting, 7:00pm 8:00pm
Friday: 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:00pm mobility, 5:00pm, 6:00pm
Saturday: 8am, 9am, 10am
Sunday: 9am, 10am
Monday 5am, noon, 3pm, 8pm
Tuesday 5am, noon, 3pm, 8pm
Wednesday 5am, noon, 3pm, 8pm

If you’re in the area from another CrossFit box we do allow a $20 cash paid drop in under the following circumstances:
-You have been consistently training at a CrossFit gym for at least a year.
-You MUST email us ahead of time with your full name, name of your box and a phone number we can call to speak with your coaches.
-You schedule your class time ahead of time.
More often then not when people drop in they show up unannounced to our busiest classes. They don’t have enough experience and end up stealing the attention that our members pay good money for. If you do not email ahead of time and/or we cannot get in touch with your coaches do not bother showing up, we’ll ask you to come back another time. You must schedule your time before showing up, we cap our classes to ensure our members get the best experience possible.
Fundamentals class is 3 days a week and runs for 4 weeks. We start with the foundation of all movements and then progress in technique and volume (intensity) over the 4 weeks. Each day of fundamentals you will learn new movements, receive nutritional guidance, learn new stretching and recovery techniques and get an awesome workout. The fundamentals class will prepare you physically for our CrossFit classes and give you a head start on achieving your fitness by teaching you how to eat correctly for your desired goal. Our fundamentals class times are listed below, these are the only available times the we offer.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:00pm
The Fundamentals class is 12 sessions (3 per week for 4 weeks) and is required in order to join our classes as a member. Click here to sign up for Riot Fundamentals. You MUST attend all 12 Fundamentals classes before joining our CrossFit classes, you may not attend Riot Fundamentals without first registering for the class.
